Therapy can help you process emotional pain, low self-esteem, anxiety, isolation and guilt in a direct and efficient manner. I believe that, ultimately, the goal of therapy is to rediscover joy in living and cultivate a peaceful mind.
I specialise in working with anxiety, traumatic loss, bereavement, depression, and existential crises. Over the years, I’ve supported clients from a wide range of backgrounds—each with their own unique stories, challenges, and strengths. Whether dealing with identity questions, relationship difficulties, emotional wounds, or life transitions, I bring a flexible and inclusive approach that honours each person’s unique experience and inner wisdom.
If anxiety is something you’re struggling with, our sessions will centre around that experience, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and existential approaches to support your journey toward greater clarity and resilience.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).

I provide a space where you can fully be yourself. A space that is open-minded, empathetic, and free from judgement or unsolicited advice. Together we will work through difficult experiences. We will explore both what’s happening now and what has shaped you in the past, gaining clarity around how you feel, helping you to understand your emotions, and identify the path forward. My aim is to support you in discovering your inner strength and reclaiming a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
Therapy is available in both English and Spanish.
